How to migrate OpenClaw to Hermes.

Treat migration as an experiment first, not a one-way move.

Steps

1. Back up your OpenClaw workspace and config.
2. Install Hermes separately.
3. Run the Hermes OpenClaw migration dry run.
4. Inspect what would be imported: memories, skills, settings, messaging, and keys.
5. Migrate without secrets first if you are unsure.
6. Test one workflow in Hermes beside OpenClaw.
7. Only overwrite conflicts after the imported context behaves correctly.
